Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair ignition systems for various makes and models of vehicles.
- Produce and duplicate high-security keys, key fobs, and transponder keys.
- Perform on-site services for customers needing ignition repair or replacement.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and customer transactions.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address client inquiries and service requests.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest locksmith technology and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and industry regulations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in locksmithing, particularly with ignition systems.
- Relevant certifications in locksmithing or automotive services are preferred.
- Familiarity with locksmithing tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the locksmithing field is preferred.
